Article 1: General provisions

The e-commerce website of DEZIGNSTORE, a private company (BV) in 'B Management BV' with a registered office in Oostvaartdijk 414, 1851 Grimbergen, offers its customers the opportunity to purchase the products from its web store online.

This general terms and conditions apply to every order placed by a visitor to this e-commerce website (https://www.dezignstore.be). When placing an order via the De Dieignstore web store, the customer must explicitly accept these conditions, with which he agrees with the applicability of these conditions, to the exclusion of all other conditions. Article 2: Price

All stated prices are expressed in Euro. The prices mentioned on the product page include 21% VAT.

If no VAT number was specified with an order, VAT will always be charged. Invoices can no longer be adjusted after ordering.

If delivery, reservation or administrative costs are charged, this will be stated separately.

The statement of price only refers to the articles as described. The accompanying photos are intended decorative and may contain elements that are not included in the price.

Article 3: Offer

DezignStore is entitled to refuse an order due to a serious shortcoming of the customer with regard to orders in which the customer is involved.
 

Article 5: Delivery and implementation of the Agreement

As soon as we have received the payment of goods to be sent, we will try to send the order as soon as possible.

Articles ordered via this web store are delivered in Belgium, the Netherlands, Luxembourg, Germany and France.

The delivery is done by Bpost, PostNL or DPD. We are always dependent on our delivery services regarding the delivery time.
The stated prices of our products are always excluding shipping costs. Our shipping costs are:
€ 4.95 for shipping within Belgium
€ 5.95 for shipping to the Netherlands
€ 12.95 for shipping to Germany
€ 13.75 for shipping to France

Ordered before 11.59, the next working day was shipped, except on Monday since PostNL does not do collection.

For customization and/or orders that are not available, the shipment will take 3 to 4 weeks. This depends on how quickly our powder lacquer can deliver the pieces to us to paint. We always try to ensure that this is as quickly as possible. DezignStore can never be held liable for a late delivery.

Any visible damage and/or qualitative shortcoming of an article or other shortcoming in the delivery must be reported to De Dieignstore without delay within 14 calendar days.

The risk due to loss or damage is transferred to the customer from he (or a third party he designated, who is not the carrier) has been physically in possession of the goods.
 

Article 6: retention of title

Article 7: right of withdrawal

The customer has the right to withdraw the agreement within a period of 14 calendar days without giving reasons.

The withdrawal period expires 14 calendar days after the day on which the customer or a third party designated by the customer, who is not the carrier, is physically in possession of it.

In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must inform Dezignstore via an unambiguous statement (eg in writing by post or by e-mail) of his decision to withdraw the agreement. The customer can use the attached model form for cancellation, but is not obliged to do so.

The customer can also complete and send the model form for withdrawal or another clearly formulated explanation via our website HTTPS:www.dezignstore.be. If the customer uses this option, we will immediately send the customer a receipt of his withdrawal on a sustainable data carrier (eg by e-mail).

To comply with the withdrawal period, the customer must send his notification regarding his exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

The customer must immediately, but in any case no later than 14 calendar days after the day on which he has announced his decision to revoke the agreement to DeNignstore, return or hand over to DeNignstore, Oostvaartdijk 414, 1851 Grimbergen. Items that have been damaged to the customer, who must be returned by us must also be delivered to DeZignerstore within 14 calendar days.

ARTICLE 8: WARRANTY 

Under the law of 21 September 2004 on the protection of consumers when selling consumer goods, the consumer has legal rights. This legal warranty applies to the first owner from the date of delivery and is 2 years.


To rely on the warranty, the customer must be able to submit a proof of purchase. Customers are recommended to keep the original packaging of the goods.


For items that were purchased online and delivered to the customer's home, the customer must contact the customer service of DeNignstore and return the item at his expense to DeNignstore at Oostvaartdijk 414, 1851 Grimbergen.


When a defect is determined, the customer must inform Dezignstore as quickly as possible. In any case, every defect must be reported by the customer within a period of 2 months after it is determined. Afterwards, each right to repair or replacement expires.
